About The Position

We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Representative to generate interest in our product line through high-volume outbound calling. This is a performance-driven role where consistency, persistence, and a positive attitude are key to success. The ideal candidate thrives on making connections, enjoys talking with people, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.

Requirements

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, resilient attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejection and confidently move on to the next call.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience using Aircall, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and calling platforms.
  • Strong ability to navigate multiple applications and browser windows simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
  • Motivated to meet and exceed goals, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to evolving sales strategies.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to meet client and business needs.
  • A hardwired internet connection is required. Minimum internet speeds of 35 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload are required to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
  • You must be logged in and available during your scheduled work hours. Active participation in team and customer meetings is expected and may be conducted via Microsoft Teams video or phone.
  • A commitment to clear, timely, and consistent communication is essential to support effective teamwork and customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous outbound sales, telemarketing, business development, appointment setting, or call center experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
  • Introduce our product line and identify potential interest.
  • Generate qualified product sample requests.
  • Build rapport and professionally overcome objections.
  • Accurately document call activity and outcomes in our CRM.
  • Meet daily activity and performance expectations.
