About The Position

We’re looking for a highly driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our team and focus on high-volume outreach to U.S.-based businesses, combining cold calling and social selling. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role — ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, reaching out to prospects daily, and generating opportunities through both calls and digital channels. You’ll be selling a digital / AI-driven offering, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable communicating value for intangible or complex products in a clear and compelling way. Location: Fully Remote

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales (ideally both)
  • Proven background in cold outreach (calls + messages)
  • Comfortable making high daily call volume (50+ calls/day)
  • Experience selling intangible or complex products (SaaS, AI, marketing services, etc.)
  • Strong spoken English (clear, confident, and professional)
  • Experience using social media as a sales channel (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Disciplined with follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and CRM usage
  • Results-driven mindset with strong consistency and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to creators, influencers, or personal brands
  • Understanding of growth loops / digital acquisition (not just closing deals)
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving or ambiguous environments (e.g. early-stage or AI products)
  • Background in lead generation, SDR, appointment setting, or telemarketing

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S.-based local businesses daily
  • Identify and engage decision-makers through cold outreach (calls + LinkedIn / social DMs)
  • Clearly communicate a digital / AI product offering and generate interest
  • Book qualified meetings / demos for the team
  • Follow up consistently across channels (calls, email, social)
  • Keep CRM updated with all activities and pipeline progress
  • Work toward daily / weekly outreach and booking targets
