About The Position

Our team is expanding and recruiting for Outbound Sales Representatives on the New Tenant Residential Program (NTRP) and New Construction Sales Team (NCST). The job is fast-paced with high call volumes on direct high-value leads where strong sales expertise is required.

Responsibilities

  • Work from a high-value, vetted list of potential customers in new construction homes to call and promote premium Bell products
  • Identify the specific needs and offer tailor-made solutions while offering impeccable customer service.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to develop strategies.
  • Use the Salesforce CRM system to assist with territory and funnel management
  • Demonstrate optimism, empathy and integrity to represent our Bell Canada customer's brand.
  • Be able to sell and build rapport with customers over the phone
