About The Position

We are seeking motivated and energetic Telesales Representatives to join a growing team supporting nationwide marketing and advertising initiatives. This is a high-volume outbound calling position where you will build relationships with business owners and managers, present advertising partnership opportunities, and secure participation agreements. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive in a goal-oriented setting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, call center, customer service, collections, or inside sales
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently engage with decision-makers over the phone
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity standards

Nice To Haves

• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform
• Recent high-volume outbound sales or call center experience
• Proven success meeting or exceeding call and performance metrics

Responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to businesses across the United States
• Introduce and explain advertising partnership opportunities
• Build rapport quickly with business owners and decision-makers
• Handle objections professionally and confidently
• Secure participation agreements and document outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within CRM systems
• Follow up with existing partners and prospective businesses
• Meet daily and weekly performance goals
