About The Position

OnPoint CX Solutions is growing its sales team and is looking for motivated Outbound Sales Representatives who are comfortable talking with customers and ready to learn. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule, typically from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The role involves making outbound calls to residential customers to explain available energy options, recommend solutions, and work towards sales goals. The position begins with in-office training in Henderson, NV, with a potential for remote work after meeting performance and attendance requirements. OnPoint CX Solutions provides sales, customer care, and support services to companies in the energy industry.
