About The Position
CTA is a community call center that works with a premier vacation club. The Outbound Sales Representative role offers a base wage of $16 per hour, along with daily spiff bonuses and weekly commission grids. The posting describes a family-friendly culture and environment, weekly pay with no first-week pay held back, and commissions that are not affected by long-term cancellations. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., plus one Saturday per month from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., for 32–36 hours per week. The company is closed on Christmas.
