About The Position

This is a hunter role focused on filling childcare centers by building relationships in the community. The Enrollment Coordinator will generate leads through in-person outreach, phone calls, email, text, and social outreach, and referral development. The role involves creating initial contact with parents, employers, and community partners, guiding families through tours, and working with center staff to convert tours into enrollments. This position is not inbound-only and requires proactive lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through community networking and boots-on-the-ground outreach
  • Capture and report lead activity in the CRM through enrollment
  • Convert leads into scheduled tours, and scheduled tours into completed tours — including rescuing the no-shows
  • Partner with center staff to convert tours into enrolled families
  • Build and maintain our communication playbook — templates, scripts, campaigns
  • Pull weekly performance data and compile reports
  • Participate in regular skill development and coaching
