Requirements
- Experience: Shipping, logistics, or customer coordination (manufacturing a plus).
- Communication: Strong communication skills and knack for building customer trust.
- Software: Proficiency with CRM or tracking software.
- Education: High School Graduate
- Driver's License: Required
Nice To Haves
- Previous roofing experience is not required, as paid on-the-job skills training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate outbound shipments of sheet metal products - on time, every time.
- Be the main point of contact for customers on order status and delivery updates.
- Track all communications and activities in our CRM and project tools such as JobBOSS and Trello.
- Work with production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues before shipping takes place.
- Prepare shipping docs and manage carrier relationships.
- Thrive in a team setting and work independently after sufficient training
