Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong focus and productivity in a high-energy, fast-paced, team-driven sales environment.
  • Leverage media sales experience to creatively prospect, grow new accounts, and drive revenue through a consultative approach.
  • Manage a full sales funnel, meeting daily activity expectations (50+ contacts) and consistently achieving activity, sales, and revenue targets.
  • Provide strategic, consultative guidance on advertising solutions and budget allocation based on client goals, needs, and KPIs.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience through professional communication, exceptional phone etiquette, and timely follow-up throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams while using industry-leading CRM and sales intelligence tools to manage pipeline and activity.
  • Retain and renew business through proactive engagement and strong relationship management.
  • Bring a competitive, optimistic, and resilient mindset that thrives in a metrics-driven, tech-savvy sales organization.
