About The Position

We are seeking a temporary full-time Outbound/Inbound Associate to join our order fulfillment warehouse team. In this role, you will support warehouse operations in both outbound and inbound departments while maintaining quality and safety standards. Requirements

Basic reading and computer skills required
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and apply new knowledge
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours, including climbing ladders and stairs
Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with supervisors and coworkers

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently pack a high volume of customer orders while maintaining quality standards
Complete additional projects and tasks assigned by leadership
Support company growth, strategic goals, and objectives
Follow all company policies and procedures
Receive, repackage, and process incoming inventory shipments in a timely manner
Count and verify items to ensure accurate inventory quantities
Identify damaged or defective items and report findings to the claims department
