About The Position

John Owens Services is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, motivated CSR who loves connecting with people and turning conversations into booked appointments. This is not a sit-back-and-wait customer service role. You’ll be reaching out to customers, creating opportunities, and helping homeowners and businesses get the plumbing and HVAC services they need.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to current, past, and potential customers to schedule plumbing and HVAC service calls, maintenance visits, diagnostics, and equipment replacement appointments.
• Reach out to real estate agents, apartment communities, restaurants, and other local businesses to introduce the company and set up meetings.
