The role is an outbound hunter, calling into named accounts and earning the meeting. The company invests heavily in coaching, enablement, and the tools that make a BDR successful, expecting high performance in return. The reps who do this well become the best sellers in the building. The company promotes from within, with opportunities to move into Account Executive, Specialist Seller, or Account Manager roles. This is a 5-day in-office position in Red Bank, which is considered a feature for development, allowing for real-time coaching and peer practice. The role offers visibility with sales leadership, marketing, product, and executive leadership.
