The Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for proactively prospecting and engaging new potential customers through high-volume cold outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities. This role partners closely with Account Executives by identifying, contacting, and qualifying net-new prospects and scheduling product demos that convert into pipeline. Outbound BDRs take full ownership of their prospecting territory from initial contact through completed demos and closed deals. High performance comes from disciplined daily outreach, creative messaging, and relentless consistency in executing Fullbay's proven sales motion. Expected to consistently achieve monthly quota for completed qualified demos and contribute to pipeline creation targets aligned with sales team goals.
