About The Position

MaintainX is expanding outbound sales into Spanish-speaking industrial markets, food manufacturers, warehouses, and facilities teams that run physical equipment and haven't heard of us yet. This BDR role is how they will. You'll make 70 - 100 outbound calls a day, build rapport fast, and book meetings for Account Executives. Your fluency in Spanish (and ideally Portuguese) is a genuine edge, the kind that gets you past the first ten seconds and into a real conversation about a real problem.

Requirements

  • Spanish fluency required
  • English fluency required, you'll work on a bilingual team and collaborate daily with AEs and leadership
  • A background in a high-volume, rejection-heavy role so sales, recruiting, hospitality, retail, or anything that taught you to earn trust fast and keep going
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Follow-through that doesn't need prompting: you own your pipeline and your results

Nice To Haves

  • trilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, English) is a meaningful differentiator for this role
  • experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks, or ZoomInfo
  • prior B2B or SaaS sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Book qualified meetings for Account Executives by running 70 - 100 outbound calls daily to plant managers, maintenance supervisors, and ops leads at industrial companies
  • Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn) that earn responses by speaking to the real problems facilities teams face
  • Develop fluency in MaintainX's value proposition so your conversations go beyond a script and into real dialogue about equipment reliability and operations
  • Keep your pipeline clean and accurate in Salesforce, following up consistently on every open thread without needing a reminder
  • Partner with AEs to understand what's converting and sharpen your targeting and approach over time
