About The Position

Marriage Reset is a personal development company that helps men save and strengthen their marriages through coaching. They operate a high-volume, direct-response model where paid ads generate warm leads. The company is building a new setter team to contact these leads who have shown interest but have not yet booked a call with the sales team. The goal is to convert these leads into booked appointments for the sales team.

Requirements

• Native-level spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence
• Able to speak with authority and empathy to men in their 40s about a sensitive, personal topic
• Available to work US time zones, 5–6 days per week
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace and fast, stable internet
• Self-managing — you hit your numbers without being chased

Nice To Haves

• Prior appointment setting or phone sales experience
• Experience with dialers/CRMs such as Close, Aloware, or Dialer IO

Responsibilities

• Own outbound volume — dial ~150 warm, ad-generated leads per day who haven't yet booked a call
• Run screening calls — 15–30 minute evaluation calls to qualify fit and build intent
• Book appointments — schedule qualified leads directly onto our sales team's calendars
• Follow up — persistently re-engage leads who don't book on the first touch
• Keep the pipeline clean — light sales admin

Benefits

• Minimum compensation (guaranteed floor): $1,000/month
• Commission: 10% of cash collected from your sets — uncapped
