About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Appointment Scheduler to support our sales team by generating leads and setting appointments with prospective clients. This role plays a key part in driving company revenue by creating new business opportunities through outbound calling efforts.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable making outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized
  • Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, call center, or sales environments
  • Experience with outbound calling or appointment setting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients from an existing database
  • Schedule appointments for the outside sales team
  • Accurately update and maintain customer information in the CRM system
  • Document call outcomes and maintain detailed notes
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating appointment logistics
