As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be the crucial first point of contact, connecting our patients with the expert care they need, playing a pivotal role in their healthcare journey. Every day, you will expertly manage patient schedules, clarify instructions, and leverage technology to ensure seamless care coordination, all while offering compassionate support to diverse patient populations. Requirements

• High School Graduate General Studies or High School GED General Studies, upon hire

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments.
• Conduct patient pre-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care.
• Schedule tests, procedures, and referral appointments.
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests.
• Collect insurance information and patient personal data.
• May collect fees such as co-pays / co-insurance.
