Requirements
- Appointment setting, call center, telemarketing, or inside sales experience
- Comfortable making 50–100+ calls/day
- Ability to work through objections
- Consistent, organized, and focused during call blocks
- Desire for a role where performance equals more money
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home services (roofing, windows, siding)
- Experience in insurance or restoration sales
- Experience with lead follow-up / reactivation campaigns
Responsibilities
- Call targeted homeowner lists (NOT random cold dialing)
- Work leads already touched by marketing (email/text campaigns, storm leads, inbound inquiries)
- Ask smart questions and guide homeowners to book inspections
- Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving
- Follow up consistently until the lead is closed or qualified out
- Log activity and outcomes in CRM
