As a global leader with 25+ years in PCI compliance, HIPAA compliance, and cybersecurity solutions (including vulnerability scanning and penetration testing), we help over 800,000 businesses navigate complex data security standards. As an Outbound Account Development Representative (ADR), you are a proactive hunter. Instead of waiting for the phone to ring, you will actively identify and break into target organizations that need advanced security, penetration testing, and enterprise-level professional services. You will use account mapping, multi-channel cold outreach, and tailored messaging to grab the attention of decision-makers (CISOs, CTOs, and Compliance Officers).

Requirements

• Resilience, adaptability, and a positive approach to problem solving—you view a "no" as a puzzle to solve, not a personal rejection.
• Strong research and analytical skills; you know how to leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find the right buyer.
• Great written skills to draft highly personalized, compelling email copy that stands out in a crowded inbox.
• 1+ years of sales outreach experience (SDR/BDR/ADR) or a proven track record in an evolving, innovative, data-driven environment.
• Coachability; you have a strong desire to learn and grow showing a humble and hungry attitude.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Mapping: Research targeted enterprise accounts to map out organizational structures and identify key stakeholders.
• Multi-Channel Cold Outreach: Execute consistent daily activity efforts across cold calling, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Uncover Hidden Pain: Lead with insight-driven messaging to help prospective buyers realize vulnerabilities in their current e-commerce setups or data storage practices.
• Create Quality Opportunities: Diagnose then prescribe. Build the value of a deep-dive security consultation, scheduling high-quality meetings for our closing sales team that result in an opportunity being created.
• Iterate and Optimize: Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine target lists, messaging frameworks, and objection-handling strategies.
• Travel Opportunities: Opportunity to attend trade shows across the country and experience that aspect of the sales process.
