About The Position

The Cradle of Liberty Council, a growing major metro council serving Scouting and Career Exploring programs in Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania, is seeking an experienced professional to become the Out-of-School Time (OST) Program Director. The OST Program Director will lead the implementation, growth and overall success of a new, three-year, five days a week out-of-school time program for youth in grades K-3 in Philadelphia, PA. The position will also provide support to existing after-school Scouting and Career Exploring programs throughout the council. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, outcomes-driven programming that supports youth development in character, leadership, wellness, and community engagement, while ensuring full compliance with grant requirements and organizational standards.
