OTR CDL Class A Driver (Tanker/ISO)
About The Position
Texas BTTR Holdings LLC is looking to hire a Class A CDL Driver. This is a full-time position with OTR availability preferred. We offer 24/7 dispatching and you do not have to be located in Houston, TX. We are seeking dedicated regional Class A CDL drivers who are at least 23 years old and have at least 2 years of experience. A basic understanding of truck/trailer maintenance is required. We will sponsor for Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements. Candidates must pass a background check with no criminal felonies (evaluated case-to-case), a pre-employment drug screen, and a physical agility test requiring the ability to lift 50 lbs. A current medical certificate or the ability to pass a DOT physical is necessary. Drivers must be able to sit for 8-11 hours a day with intermittent rest periods and have an acceptable MVR with no accidents, careless or reckless charges, and no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations are also important.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Minimum 23 years of age
- No DWI, No Reckless Driving
- No more than 2 at-fault accidents
- Basic understanding of truck/trailer maintenance
- Tanker Endorsement (will sponsor)
- Hazmat Endorsement (will sponsor)
- Pass a background check with no criminal felonies (evaluated case-to-case)
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Pass physical agility test with the ability to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities
- Drive trucks and trailers over regional or OTR routes.
- Perform basic truck and trailer maintenance.

Benefits
- $25 per hour for Local Hauls
- 70 cents a mile for Regional or OTR exceeding 300 miles
- Up to $600 Quarterly Performance Bonus for OTR drivers
