About The Position

Texas BTTR Holdings LLC is looking to hire a Class A CDL Driver. This is a full-time position with local and regional driving opportunities available. We offer 24/7 dispatching and do not require drivers to be located in Houston, TX. We have a strict policy against DWI, reckless driving, and more than two at-fault accidents.

Requirements

Minimum 23 years of age.
Class A CDL with a minimum of 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
Minimum of 1-year tanker experience preferred.
Hazmat Endorsement (will sponsor).
Tanker Endorsement (will sponsor).
Acceptable MVR: no DWI, no reckless driving, no more than 2 at-fault accidents, and no more than two moving violations in the past 3 years.
Must possess a current medical certificate or pass DOT physical.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1-year tanker experienced preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate a Class A CDL vehicle, including tanker and ISO loads.
Perform local and regional hauls.
Maintain a basic understanding of truck and trailer maintenance.
Adapt to and handle unexpected situations such as traffic and weather conditions.
Sit for 8-11 hours a day with intermittent rest periods while driving.
Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical agility test, including the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Pass a background check (felonies evaluated case-by-case).
Maintain a current medical certificate or pass a DOT physical.
