OTR Class A CDL Driver
About The Position
This position is for a Class A CDL Driver on a dedicated regional and OTR fleet with flexible home time. Drivers can earn between $1,400.00 and $1,900.00 weekly on a premium dedicated account with consistent, year-round volume. The role offers competitive mileage pay, stop pay, and safety/on-time bonuses. Drivers can choose between regional lanes in the Northeast (home weekly) or OTR dry van runs across the lower 48 states (home every two weeks). The company provides top-of-the-line, late-model automatic transmission sleeper trucks with spacious cabs for OTR lanes. Drivers will need reliable personal transportation to get to and from the terminal.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- At least 3 months of recent Class A driving experience.
- Reliable personal transportation to get to and from the terminal.
- A strong focus on on-time performance, safety, and clear communication on the road.
Nice To Haves
- Reefer experience is preferred for the regional lanes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver temperature-sensitive retail products across the Northeast (PA, OH, KY, VA, NY, CT, MA, and ME) on regional lanes (2-3 loads per week with 2-3 stops per load).
- Haul high-volume consumer beverages across the lower 48 states on OTR dry van runs.
- Maintain a strong focus on on-time performance, safety, and clear communication.
- Perform occasional unloading for regional lanes.
- Handle a mix of drop-and-hook and live warehouse stops for OTR dry van runs.
