About The Position
The OTR CDL-A Truck Driver will operate in a dedicated Sysco fleet based in Front Royal, Virginia, delivering primarily refrigerated freight on consistent regional routes across the Northeast and Midwest. Freight is no-touch. Drivers domiciled in Front Royal are home weekly; other drivers are home at least every other weekend for a 34-hour reset, and many get home weekly. Night driving is required, and drivers must be able to work weekends. The fleet uses automatic sleeper-cab trucks with 53-foot refrigerated trailers. On-site truck parking and dedicated maintenance support are available. A hazmat endorsement must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record.
- DOT Medical card.
- Ability to work weekends.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
- Obtain a hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Deliver primarily refrigerated, no-touch freight for a dedicated Sysco account across regional routes in the Northeast and Midwest.
- Drive at night and work weekends as required.
- Maintain a clean driving record and operate safely.
Benefits
- Average pay of $1,550 per week, approximately $80,600 per year.
- Top weekly pay of $1,700, approximately $88,400 per year.
- Mileage-based pay.

- Safe and On-Time bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay.
- Regular home time: weekly for drivers domiciled in Front Royal, and at least every other weekend for other drivers, with many getting home weekly.
