About The Position

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for an OTR dry van position based in Crawfordville, Wakulla County, and the Tallahassee area. This role offers an average weekly pay of $1,200–$1,800 for 1,800–2,900 miles, with drivers returning home every two weeks. The freight is dry van and covers the central and eastern U.S., excluding the Northeast. The job includes a mix of drop and hook, preloads, and live loads. Drivers will have an assigned truck, averaging about 1.5 years old, with either an automatic or 10-speed transmission. Opportunities for mentor or team seats are available for those seeking higher earnings. This is not a slip-seating position, and the schedule ensures drivers are home every two weeks. Some weekends may be spent on the road, and holiday work is voluntary.

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• At least 21 years old
• 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months
• Maximum of 2 moving violations in the past 2 years
• No DUI/DWI within the last 10 years
• Must pass a DOT physical and hair and urine drug screen
