Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Active medical license to practice in the state
Completion of residency in Otolaryngology
Experience in an associate capacity preferred
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement
Must be board-certified or board-eligible

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients
Diagnose and manage various conditions related to otolaryngology
Perform surgical procedures as needed to treat ear, nose, and throat disorders
Educate patients and their families about treatment options and preventative care
Collaborate with other medical professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
Stay updated on advancements in otolaryngology and medical practices
