About The Position

CVS Health is seeking a reliable OTCHS Order Selector to join its distribution team. The role selects merchandise based on store orders and prepares items for shipment, emphasizing accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time, with 40 anticipated weekly hours.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• 0–2 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
• Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
• Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following safety guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
• Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
