About The Position

We are looking for a commercially driven OTC Crypto Trader to join our team in Zug. In this role, you will be directly responsible for growing the desk’s PnL and executing block trades across digital asset markets. You will be entrusted with large ticket sizes and expected to operate with professionalism, discretion, and a sharp commercial instinct. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of trading experience, ideally on a flow or block trading desk
• Traditional finance or non-crypto trading backgrounds welcome
• Demonstrable track record of handling large notional trades with sound risk management
• Intermediate Python skills — comfortable with data analysis, scripting, and trade tooling
• Commercially driven with a strong client-facing mindset
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to exercise independent judgment under pressure
• Work nonstandard weeks i.e. cover weekends and evening shifts as required in exchange for off days on other weekdays

• Monitor markets and maintain awareness of macro and crypto-specific developments affecting trading
