About The Position

As an Oracle EBS Order to Cash (OTC) Techno-Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for performing detailed design work on complex applications within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) for Financial modules. This will involve troubleshooting and customizing technical architecture components, developing technical specifications, and supporting customizations to ensure that custom components meet application requirements and performance goals. Your role will also include analyzing business and functional requirements to determine appropriate technical solutions, with a focus on functional design of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEW) objects and components related to modules such as Accounts Receivable and Projects within Oracle EBS. Overall, as an Oracle EBS Order to Cash (OTC) Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of Oracle EBS applications for Financial modules.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Financials, Oracle EBS Architecture, Oracle EBS Federal Financial Applications, Oracle Accounting, and Customer Support.
Experience in developing application user support documentation, responding to Incidents and Service Desk Tickets for production support, and participating in testing phases to fix defects and performance issues.
Ability to conduct functional reviews, support code migration, and provide artifacts to support deployment readiness.
Expertise in Oracle EBS and related tools, along with experience in troubleshooting, customization, and support.
