Requirements
- 8+ years in SRE/Production Engineering/Platform Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with observability stacks, e.g.: Metrics/Tracing/Logs : Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic/ELK, Splunk, AppDynamics.
- Proficiency in programming language for automation/instrumentation (Python, Go, or Java), plus shell scripting.
- Solid understanding of Linux, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes operations (probes, HPA, pod disruption budgets, network policies).
- Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Argo CD), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and config management (Helm/Kustomize).

Responsibilities
- Proven delivery of SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and SLO-based alerting at service and platform levels.
- Strong incident management, root cause analysis, and blameless postmortem practices.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and executive-ready reporting.
