About The Position
Designs and supports outside‑plant fiber infrastructure layouts, routing, installation, and testing. Ensures fiber systems meet mission and performance requirements. Works on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentors or supervises employees in both company and technical competencies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience performing OSP fiber engineering for Federal, DoD, or large‑scale technical infrastructure programs
- 5+ years of experience leading fiber design, complex routing development, installation management, or advanced fiber testing ensuring systems meet mission and performance requirements
- Experience directing OSP fiber activities across multi‑site, mission‑critical, or high‑complexity environments involving stakeholders and operational constraints such as PWS C.5.2, C.5.4, H.11, L.6.1.1, and M.7.3
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
