About The Position

Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician in Metairie, Louisiana, to provide pediatric outpatient care focused on infant cranial and ear shaping. The Clinician evaluates and treats plagiocephaly using the DOC Band® and corrects infant ear shapes using EarWell®. The role works directly with infants and their families, who rely on Clinicians for expertise throughout the treatment process. The position offers formal training and mentoring and is suited to candidates from several clinical backgrounds; however, the listed qualification for this opening is Certified Orthotists only. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

The position is based at the Metairie clinic at 3340 Severn Ave, Ste. 325, Metairie, LA 70002. Cranial Technologies describes a traditional workweek schedule with no nights and minimal to no weekend work, direct patient care with minimal paperwork, and no productivity or patient quotas. The stated pay range is $85,000–$95,000, depending on field tenure and relevant experience. The position is also eligible for quarterly performance bonuses and annual raises, with potential internal growth and promotion opportunities.
