About The Position
Cranial Technologies is seeking a full-time Clinician in Indio, California, to provide outpatient treatment for infants with plagiocephaly and misshapen ears. The Clinician uses the DOC Band® to reshape infants’ heads and EarWell® to correct ear shapes without surgery, while evaluating patients and guiding families throughout treatment. The role involves direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required; the company provides formal training and mentoring. The position offers opportunities to grow into training, mentoring, and travel roles.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Orthotist.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate infants with plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears.
- Treat head shapes with the DOC Band® and ear shapes with EarWell®.
