About The Position
Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Clinician in Boca Raton, Florida, to provide specialized outpatient care to infants and their families. Clinicians evaluate and treat plagiocephaly using the DOC Band® and correct infant ear shapes using EarWell®. They are viewed by pediatricians and parents as experts in evaluating and treating these conditions and build relationships with families throughout the treatment process. The role offers direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity or patient quotas. Formal training and mentoring are provided. The company notes that the position is outside traditional orthotics and focuses exclusively on infants and their families.
Requirements
- Certified Orthotist.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate infants with plagiocephaly and conditions involving misshapen ears.
- Treat head-shape conditions using the DOC Band®.
- Correct infant ear shapes using EarWell®.
