About The Position

The Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon will provide orthopedic trauma and surgical care in Davenport, Iowa. The compensation package includes a two-year guaranteed salary of $739,410, plus production beginning at 10,650 wRVUs. A straight production model begins in year three, with earning potential of $1 million or more.

Requirements

• Board certified in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery or truly board eligible.
• Fellowship in Orthopedic Traumatology or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty.
• Active licenses in both Iowa and Illinois.
• Strong clinical and surgical expertise with a commitment to comprehensive hand and upper extremity care.
• Open to graduating fellows and experienced orthopedic surgeons.
• Indicate whether visa support is required; H-1B cap-exempt support is noted in the additional submission details.
• Submit a Self-Query NPDB pulled within 30 days of submission at the time of presentation.
