About The Position

SAMGI is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a collaborative trauma program in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position offers 24-hour block scheduling, a structured coverage model, and a surgical team built for consistency and sustainability within a high-acuity trauma program.

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma required
• Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
• Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges

Nice To Haves

• Experience with pelvic and acetabular fracture management preferred

Responsibilities

• Operative and non-operative management of orthopedic trauma patients
• Complex fracture care, including pelvic and acetabular injuries
• Trauma call coverage at a high-acuity trauma center
• Perioperative management and post-operative follow-up clinic
• Collaborate with trauma surgery, ICU, emergency medicine, and nursing teams
