About The Position

Texas Hand and Arm Center is a thriving, surgeon-owned private practice built by three of North Dallas's most respected hand surgeons. This is a true hand surgery practice: 100% elective, no trauma call, and a fully integrated care model with six Certified Hand Therapists and an on-site surgery center. The role offers a well-oiled operation with strong infrastructure, seasoned support staff, and a clear path to partnership. It is an opportunity to perform hand surgery without the complexities of a large system.

Requirements

  • Medical degree required.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain Texas medical licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Perform 100% elective hand, wrist, and elbow surgery for adult and pediatric patients.
  • Participate in limited call, restricted to the group's own hand surgery patients.
  • Share holiday call on a rotating basis.
  • Provide care within an integrated model including on-site Certified Hand Therapists and an ambulatory surgery center.
