About The Position
Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a large multi-specialty medical group with over 550 healthcare providers in the Sacramento region, is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon. The ideal candidate will possess broad training, experience, and expertise in all aspects of Orthopedic surgery. This shareholder track opportunity offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including bonus potential and a desirable retirement plan. The position is based at the MMG multi-specialty clinic in Midtown, Sacramento, and benefits from an excellent built-in referral system and proximity to Mercy General Hospital. There is a shared call arrangement with no trauma responsibilities.
Requirements
- A valid and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- BE/BC in Orthopedic Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
- Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program in the US or Canada.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
- Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
