Requirements

Orthopedic Surgeon
Open to experienced orthopedic surgeons or new graduates
Board Certified or Board Eligible within five years of completing residency
Demonstrated commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
DO or MD degree
Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED) license

Responsibilities

Broad-based orthopedic surgery practice with a diverse mix of operative and non-operative cases.
Perform procedures including: Total joint replacement, Reverse shoulder arthroplasty, Complex fracture and trauma care, Sports medicine procedures, Knee reconstruction and ACL repair, Foot and ankle surgery, General Orthopedic Procedures.
Opportunity to develop subspecialty interests based on training and community need.
Collaboration with primary care providers, emergency medicine physicians, rehabilitation services, and specialty consultants.
Utilize a strong referral network throughout the St. Lawrence Region.
Balanced mix of clinic, surgical, and call responsibilities.
Dedicated operating room block time available, with opportunity for additional OR access based on volume and practice growth.
Shared 1:3 orthopedic call schedule designed to support physician well-being and work-life balance.
