About The Position

This is an established private orthopedic practice in the Nashville market with nearly 20 years of history and a patient base of over 40,000 patients. They already have more demand than they can handle and are turning patients away because they simply don't have enough surgeons. The exciting part is they're entering a major growth phase. Their goal is to grow from four physicians to ten over the next year while building a brand-new physician-led ambulatory surgery center. They're looking for fellowship-trained surgeons who want to be part of building something—not just taking another employed hospital job. They're hiring in Adult Reconstruction, Orthopedic Trauma, Neuro/Ortho Spine, and Interventional Pain. The ideal candidate is someone finishing fellowship in 2026 or 2027, or an early-career surgeon who wants to make their mark in private practice. They're looking for physicians who think like builders—people interested in long-term relationships, future partnership opportunities, and helping grow one of the premier independent orthopedic groups in Middle Tennessee.

Requirements

• Fellowship-trained surgeon
• Finishing fellowship in 2026 or 2027, or an early-career surgeon
• Comfortable in private practice
• Long-term mindset
• Team player
• Doctorate degree
• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) license/certification
