About The Position

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is a leading group of over 1,800 physicians in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., exclusively caring for Kaiser Permanente patients. This role is for an Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Total Joints at their Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center. MAPMG is physician-led, offers competitive salaries without individual service-based income, and comprises board-certified physicians across 60+ specialties. They utilize a comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) for care coordination and focus on long-term health, prevention, diagnosis, and effective treatment. Key aspects of the position include handling primary revision hip and knee cases, dedicated OR time (1-2 days per week), clinic days with 20-30 patients supported by CNA and RN, PA oversight in clinic, and regular collaboration with arthroplasty partners. Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Adult Reconstruction Fellowship
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia

Responsibilities

• Primary revision hip and knee cases
