About The Position

Middlesex Orthopedic & Spine Associates (MOSA), a premier multi-specialty orthopedic group practice, has an excellent opportunity for a fellowship-trained, BC/BE Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join its growing team. MOSA provides its communities with advanced, accessible, and vertically integrated orthopedic care. With sixteen sub-specialty trained physicians practicing across multiple locations, MOSA is the largest and most established orthopedic practice in Middlesex County. The team provides expertise in the full spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions and injuries including sports medicine, minimally invasive orthopedic spine surgery, total joint replacement, foot/ankle, hand/upper extremity, and pain management. MOSA also offers onsite digital imaging and state-of-the-art physical therapy and MRI. This is a partner-track opportunity with practice across desirable locations in Middletown and Old Saybrook, with additional coverage opportunities in Hebron and Marlborough. The role offers access to advanced on-site imaging, including two MRIs, and the opportunity for ownership in an orthopedic ASC. There is light ER call at Middlesex Hospital, PA support, and a collegial, team-oriented work environment with a patient-centric culture. Competitive compensation includes a base salary with a significant production-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance and a signing bonus.

Requirements

• Fellowship-trained, BC/BE Orthopedic Spine Surgeon
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
• Orthopedic Spine Surgery Fellowship
• Patient focused, collaborative, team player

Nice To Haves

• Applicants with ties to Connecticut or the greater New England area are preferred

Responsibilities
