About The Position

INTEGRIS Health is seeking a full-time employed BC/BE Orthopedic Surgery Physician to join an already thriving practice in Ponca City, Oklahoma. This role is based at INTEGRIS Health Ponca City Hospital and serves the NW region of Oklahoma. The hospital offers a full range of diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to a combined service area of 50,000 people. INTEGRIS Health is the largest Oklahoma-owned not-for-profit health system, known for innovation and quality, with over 170 clinics and more than 10,000 employees, including an integrated network of over 1,500 affiliated physicians and providers. Requirements

Oklahoma MD or DO license
BC/BE

Responsibilities

Thoroughly evaluates and manages each patient appropriately and documents information completely by use of written notes or dictation on a timely basis
Identifies relevant medical issues accurately and uses appropriate procedures and testing
Completes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record forms
Participates in the quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee
Provides direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth running team
Ensures fiscal viability of the practice
Complies with policies and procedures if applicable.
The Physician is responsible for patients.
