About The Position
MPOWER Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This position provides the opportunity to work with a collaborative clinical staff in a supportive and patient-focused environment. Our clinic emphasizes quality patient care, professional development, and teamwork while serving a diverse orthopedic patient population.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients
- Supervise support staff and therapy technicians as appropriate
- Maintain compliance with clinic policies, documentation standards, and payer requirements
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
- Assist with general clinic operations as needed
