About The Position

Dignity Health Medical Group – North State is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join our well-established Orthopedic team in Redding, CA. This role offers a combination of outpatient clinic and OR responsibilities, with a typical schedule including 2 days in the OR and 2 days in clinic, though schedules may vary. Clinical duties encompass consultations, follow-ups, and procedures such as joint injections and aspirations. The position is based at a single hospital and clinic site, eliminating the need for commuting between facilities. The group is affiliated with Dignity Health, a large health system, and offers a physician-led, collegial practice environment with an emphasis on work-life balance.

Requirements

Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current and unrestricted California license and certification
Minimum of 1 year experience in Orthopedic Surgery required
First-assist surgical experience and comfort in both clinic and OR settings
