Nocturnist NP or PA
About The Position
Dignity Health Medical Group – Dominican is seeking a Full-Time Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our well-established, collaborative team at Dominican Hospital in Santa Cruz, CA. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced hospitalists in a supportive, team-oriented setting. The role involves providing high-quality, compassionate care to hospitalized patients overnight, primarily focusing on acute care and managing complex medical conditions. The provider will work under the supervision of an experienced nocturnist in a supportive, team-oriented setting. The schedule is a balanced 7 on, 7 off work schedule of 10-hour shifts. There is an open ICU with no procedures or codes required. Additional admitting/swing shifts are available for extra compensation.
Requirements
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses
- Minimum of 1-2 years APP experience in hospital medicine
