This is a rare chance to build genuine orthopaedic subspecialty expertise. You'll work directly alongside experienced orthopaedic surgeons, splitting your time between clinic and OR, managing everything from sports injuries to joint replacement and spine conditions. If you've been looking for a role that stretches your clinical skills rather than routine follow-up visits, this is it. You'll see real variety: fracture care, joint injections, splinting and casting, pre-op and post-op management, and first assist in surgery. You'll order and interpret X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans, and build treatment plans independently within a collaborative surgical team. The compensation reflects the scope of the role. Base salary runs $115,000 to $135,000 with performance-based incentives, plus a sign-on bonus and a student loan repayment assistance program. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement, and on-site child daycare is available for providers balancing career and family. There's a clear path for continued growth here, too, with ongoing CME support and defined advancement opportunities within the practice.
