About The Position

Full-Time Orthodontist – Willamette Valley, OR Gentle Dental | Albany Corvallis Eugene Lebanon | Full-Time | Rotating 4- and 5-Day Workweeks | Established Patient Base Build your orthodontic practice across four established Gentle Dental locations in Oregon’s Willamette Valley — with the patient access, team support, and resources of a large dental group while maintaining the clinical autonomy to practice your way. Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time Orthodontist to join our Oregon specialty team, providing care across our Albany Santiam, Corvallis, Valley River, and Lebanon practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist looking for established patient communities and the ability to focus on patient care while an experienced team supports the business side of practice.

Requirements

Orthodontic Residency Certificate
Graduate of an accredited dental school
Current Oregon dental license or ability to obtain an Oregon license by the time of employment
Current required licenses and certifications, including CPR and NPI
Strong commitment to quality patient care
Collaborative approach to working with doctors and office teams
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

Provide orthodontic care across four Gentle Dental practices throughout Oregon’s Willamette Valley.
Focus on providing excellent orthodontic care.
Maintain clinical autonomy to make treatment decisions based on best practices and the individual needs of your patients.
Work alongside dental teams focused on identifying and supporting patients who need specialty care.
