About The Position

Gentle Dental is seeking a Full-Time Orthodontist to join our Oregon specialty team, providing care across our Albany Santiam, Corvallis, Valley River, and Lebanon practices. This is an excellent opportunity for an orthodontist looking for a four-day workweek, established patient communities, and the ability to focus on patient care while an experienced team supports the business side of practice. You’ll provide orthodontic care across four Gentle Dental practices throughout Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Schedule: Full-Time | 4 Days per Week. Your time should be spent providing excellent orthodontic care — not managing every aspect of a dental business. Gentle Dental provides a large network of resources and operational support so our doctors can focus on dentistry. You’ll have support with the day-to-day details of running a practice while remaining focused on your patients and clinical care. Our culture is built around teamwork, integrity, and doing what is right for the patient. You’ll maintain clinical autonomy to make treatment decisions based on best practices and the individual needs of your patients. You’ll practice within established Gentle Dental offices with existing patient communities and work alongside dental teams focused on identifying and supporting patients who need specialty care. Our model is designed to support continuity of care — your patients stay with you. At Gentle Dental, we believe great dentistry happens when providers have the autonomy to practice confidently and the support to focus on what they do best. If you’re looking for a full-time orthodontic opportunity with a four-day workweek, established patient communities, strong operational support, and four practices throughout Oregon’s Willamette Valley, we’d love to meet you.
