About The Position

We are seeking a talented and patient-centered Orthodontist to join our thriving practice in Muncie, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality orthodontic care in a modern, collaborative environment under the clinical supervision of Dr. Adam Rector. As an Orthodontist at Rector Family Dental & Orthodontics, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional orthodontic care to patients of all ages. You’ll work alongside a dedicated, experienced team focused on creating outstanding clinical outcomes and a welcoming patient experience.

Requirements

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program
Active Indiana dental license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Strong clinical orthodontic skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient-first mindset with a commitment to quality care
A collaborative, team-oriented attitude
